Welcome to Finanvion. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the website and services provided by Finanvion. The domain of this website is finanvion.com. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“User” means any individual or entity accessing or using the services provided by the Company. “Content” refers to any informational materials or products delivered by the Company. “Physical Goods” means any tangible items purchased through the Company’s platform.

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides a range of solutions designed to support modern business operations. These include consulting engagements, webinars, downloadable guides, and tangible products marketed on finanvion.com.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and ordering. Users must not misuse the services, including unauthorized access to restricted areas.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are stated in CAD and are payable in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to modify rates at any time, effective upon posting changes on finanvion.com.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

For consulting or project-based engagements, Users may request a refund within 14 days of payment if no deliverables have been provided. Approved refunds will be processed by reversal to the original payment method within 10 business days. Users may request to reschedule services by contacting us through the information below. If materials or research have been delivered or work has commenced, a pro rated fee will apply and the remainder will be refunded.

5.2 Informational Products

For digital guides, templates, and webinar recordings, Users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided no more than 20% of the digital content has been accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Beyond this period or usage limit, all sales are final.

5.3 Physical Goods

All tangible items come with a 30-day return window from delivery. Products must be returned in original condition. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds or credits will be issued by the original payment method within 15 business days. Return shipping costs are borne by the User unless the item is defective.

6. No Refund Situations

Certain live or exclusive services that require reservation of time or resource allocation may be marked as non refundable. This policy protects the Company from losses due to scheduling commitments. Such services will have clear notices prior to purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
